Conference Dates: March 31st-April 1, 2026

Format: Online platform

Submission Window: Proposals for presentations are invited from December 8th-January 9th, 2026.

Length: 20-25 minutes each. 

Panels: 35-40 minutes. 

Scope: Innovative technologies, scientific approaches, case studies, research approaches that provide actionable information, methods to help attendees make better data-based decisions, sustainable approaches to chemical use, energy use, and water use. No presentations of a commercial nature are allowed. 

If a commercial product is being presented, they must be done the format of a panel. Panels must include no more than 1 person from the company proposing the session, 3 or 4 other speakers must be included with at least one from academia and at least one from industry. At least one (2 preferred) speaker from a competitor organization must be included to provide balance.  

Benefit to Speakers

If your proposal is accepted, you will be invited to speak and have access to the full conference at no charge. You will also be provided a unique code to invite your guests/colleagues/students to attend at a reduced rate.
