Format: Multiple-choice and short-answer questions covering chemistry, microbiology, regulatory, and commercialization.
Outcome: Participants who achieve a passing score of at least 80% will receive a Certificate of Food Science Literacy, demonstrating their ability to effectively interface with technical teams and contribute to food safety and product development discussions.
The exam is administered online and can be scheduled to be taken immediately following a workshop or within 7 days following the completion of a workshop. Results of exams are available within 3 business days following the completion of the exam.
