Together, we’ll explore the fascinating world of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and more, using hands-on activities and experiments designed especially for curious minds.
Total Time: 3 hours (2, 1.5 hour sessions)
Location: Live Virtual Class
Audience: 8-10 year olds

Path A: Monday, March 23rd and Wednesday March 25th from 1:00PM – 2:30PM Central Time
Path B: Saturday, April 11th and Saturday April 18th from 1:00PM -2:30PM Central Time.
Activities and Learning Objectives
Session 1: Lecture and online activities introducing types of microorganisms and their habitats.
Set up an experiment to be observed during session 2.
Session 2: Observe experiment, share results and discuss with the class.
Decode observations into meaning using our understanding of basic science with additional reading materials for further study.
